Speaker: Dr. Gaute Einevoll

Professor of Physics at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and the University of Oslo

 

Brief Biography:

Gaute Einevoll is a professor of physics at the Norwegian University of Life Sciences and the University of Oslo working on brain physics/computational neuroscience, in particular, physics-type modelling of nerve cells, networks of nerve cells, brain tissue and brain signals. He is a co-author of "Electric Brain Signals" (Cambridge 2024) and "Principles of Computational Modelling in Neuroscience", 2nd ed. (Cambridge 2023). He also produces the "Theoretical Neuroscience Podcast".
